问:电器是否可以直接插电使用?
答:华人易购网欧洲(edog-eu.com)销售的电器都是220V-240V的电压,欧洲家庭可以直接插电使用。

问:购买电器产品是否配送转插头?
答:是的,我们会默认配送与您国家相匹配的转插头,如有特殊需求,烦请在下单时备注或通过客服邮件、微信通知客服为您备注。(注:德国,法国将默认发送德标转插头)

二、账户相关问题

问:必须要注册后,才能下单购买吗?
答:不是的,未注册会员也可以购买。但是您可以免费注册成为会员,这样会让日后购物更快捷更方便,也可享受更大优惠coupon。

问:我的注册邮箱失效了,可以更换一个吗?
答:已经注册的邮箱是无法更改的。您可以用新的邮箱注册一个账户。账户内原有的积分可以联系客服转移至新账户。

问:如何修改账户登录密码?
答:您可以在登录账户时点击忘记密码就会收到修改密码的邮件,按照邮件里面的说明操作,就可以更改密码了。

问:为什么没有收到任何通知邮件?

四、订单派送常见问题

问:物流状态显示label created是什么原因?
答:这种情况可能是因为货物刚刚发出,物流公司还未更新状态,建议您等待24h再次查询,如果仍然未更新,可联系华人易购网欧洲客服处理。

问:快递是否会有签收服务?
答:通常我们发出的包裹都是不需要客人签收的。如果您住所附近近期有较高的包裹丢失的情况,请您在下单后第一时间联系我们添加签收服务。如果您不方便签收,可以请您在物流公司更新您的包裹配送状态后联系他们,要求将包裹放在您附近的门店中,您可以在包裹保留期限内前往领取。

问:包裹丢失后除了联系快递公司报失,还需要做什么吗?
答:一般报失后物流公司需要5个工作日调查,如果五个工作日后还未收到包裹或者未收到回复,请联系华人易购网欧洲客服,客服会及时为您妥善处理。

问:包裹在运输过程中破损了怎么办?
答:因物流原因,包裹在运输途中可能发生破损。 如发现破损,请您第一时间拍照发送给华人易购网欧洲客服,我们会联系邮寄公司反馈跟进并及时为您做退款或是补发处理。

We offer free shipping on orders of €69 or more to most European countries.

For some areas, we charge according to the weight of the product.

Applicable 15% sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to Romania and Bulgaria.

Order processing

Orders shipped by Edog-eu are delivered from Monday to Friday (except holidays, and some areas may not be delivered on Sundays due to the operation restriction of the carrier). Normally, it may take 2 to 3 business days to process and ship out your order. During the peak order period, it may take an additional 2-3 business days to process your order.

Edog-eu will deliver the package to you through third-party logistics. The delivery date listed on our website is reference time which is forecasted based on the inventory status, normal processing procedures, delivery time, and destination. Please fill in your legal name, delivery address, and contact information accurately.

Due to the following circumstances, Edog-eu is NOT responsible for the delay of your orders:

- If one or more items in your order are out of stock.

- The recipient name or address is inaccurate or not valid.
